Triple Milled Soap

At Bronnley, we only make triple milled soap, which is of the highest quality. All of our soaps are enriched with Almond Oil and Shea Butter.

What is Triple Milled Soap?

Triple-milled soap is a high-quality type of soap that is commercially made by a repeated machine-rolling process.

The Process

After the soap is made, it is dried into pearls, then rolled at least three times between large stainless steel rollers until a paste is formed. The paste is then pressed into soap moulds, and triple milled soap is created.

History

The triple milling process was developed by French soap makers in the 1700s and thus receives its alternate name, French milled soap.

The triple milling process allows for soap that is completely uniform and smooth, without impurities, and is longer lasting than other types of soap.
